We were lucky to attend Food Industry Innovation event hosted by Innovate UK in Manchester last week. Among other exciting food products like baobab drinks, amazing kambucha drink and spicy sugar free drinks, we met guys who started first saffron farm in UK, The Cheshire Saffron Company. We will see if we can use our technology helping them extracting saffron flavour from trimmings.
