Climate KIC – Investors’ Day

Since January 2018 we are part of the EIT Climate KIC start-up accelerator; a programme designed to help emerging companies and technologies with the focus on sustainability. We happily joined other 9 start-up for an investors’ day held in South Kensington, London. We met some great names like Mustard Seed, Octopus Ventures, Earth Angel Investors and many others to share our story and explore opportunities to work together. 

Presented at UKBAA RSC pitch among other chemistry innovation companies

Thank you Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA) for the opportunity and pitch our project. It has been a great experience presenting our business case of off-grid supercritical CO2 extraction for flavours and fragrance. Thank you for  challenge, your interest and support. We will be running fund-raising campaign until the end of 2018, please reach out if interested in early stage clean-tech.

We joined HVCfP as a technology provider

High Value Chemicals from Plants (HVCfP) is a network of academic institutes and businesses with focus on exactly what it says in the title. It is a part of larger Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) that focuses on creating best environment for the bio-tech in UK.

We had a chance to present at the HVCfP event with focus on upcycling plant waste, we spoke about extracting value from waste coffee grounds, from husks of cacao and raspberry seeds. But the list of potential feedstocks is much longer.

We are now part of the network as an off-grid supercritical CO2 extraction equipment manufacturer.

We joined Circular Economy Club

Thank you Circular Economy Club (CEC) for taking us into the family. CEC is the international network of over 2,600 circular economy professionals and organisations from over 60 countries. We at Nova Extraction truly believe in the concept of circular economy, a concept of creating future without waste. Our technology can help adding value to waste products like Coffee Grounds by extracting valuable ingredients.
